Our shearing department offers precision-cutting of materials using Allsteel Shear:

CNC PUNCHING
We can punch a variety of shapes and sizes on our turrets:
• AMADA EMK3610NT: Maximum Sheet size 60” x 196.85” with one reposition.

• STRIPPIT FC 1000: Maximum Sheet size 39” x 48”. Maximum sheet thickness 0.25
PRESSES
Brakes
Precision forming and bending is accomplished using our CNC operated brakes:
• ACCURPRESS ACCELL: Maximum Sheet size 144”; Maximum Force 150 tons.
• ACCURPRESS ADVANTAGE: Maximum Sheet size 120”; Maximum Force 100 tons.
PEM (Insertion Machine)
Our Haeger Press, with 6 tons of pressing power and 18” of throat depth, offers a complete range of flexibility for our customers’ projects, particularly for insertion of studs and fasteners.
FASTENING EQUIPMENT
Welding
We offer excellent quality welding of all metal types. We are capable of providing MIG, TIG and spot welding. This versatility allows us to use the process best suited to the job at hand.
Lockforming
Our Lockformer allows for weld and rivet free metal fastening.
Stud Welding
Our Nelson NCD 150 Capacitor discharge stud welder allows smaller diameter studs (up to 3/8”) to be attached to light gauge metals.
